Return of goods

• You have 30 days from date of purchase to return all items.
• Delivery costs are non-refundable, return postage is at the customer expense and all return will incur 20% surcharge.
• All items must be in original condition, no writing or damage to the packaging and uninstalled. We recommend all returned items are sent with postal tracking.
• All returns will undergo a quality check upon return to Ucore. Please allow 10 business days for this.
• All special ordered items are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on Baths, Vanities, Mirror or discontinued items.

     In requesting return service, please follow below procedure:

1. Email at info@ucoredecor.com, Please provide your name, order number & proof of purchase.
2. A photo of your return product.
3. The customer must not return goods to Ucore with Ucore’s prior consent.
4. All items must be in original condition, no writing or damage to the packaging and uninstalled.
